We were here for my son’s birthday dinner in May and our server Daniella (Dani) totally made the meal. My son has celiac disease and she was extremely well-versed in the menu and even knew which butter was safe for him. She ensured she ordered and brought out his food separately and we had no issues with cross contamination. She amazed us so much because she truly is a server, not just an order taker which is what you get nowadays at most restaurants. Dani was so amazing that when it came time to celebrate his middle school graduation we made sure to come back and specifically request Dani. She was just as amazing the second time! So we had a very good dinner for my son's birthday two days from this post. The service was good, staff was attentive so no complaints about service. I think Outback is a little overpriced, but sometimes specials make up for it. I do find that this location is inconsistent for meals. Sometimes, it's a good experience, sometimes not, which makes me question going back. I guess it depends on what cook is in the kitchen, but there is no way to predict that. Give them a chance, and try it out. Decide for yourself. I've given the best guidance I can.
I have ate at Outback several times and it was always good . However tonight the food was very unsatisfying My onion soup tasted like water My steak had absolutely no flavor it was not tender ...... my girlfriend also agreed Ed tge onion soup was just awful . Her pork chop was tough . The waitress was very nice and I made sure she received her appropriate tip as it was not her fault .They did take the soup off the bill. Not one manager came by to say they were sorry about our food experience . I will not be returning again .
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Our server, Dani, was excellent and the manager was very friendly, checking on us to ensure everything was great. The steak was incredibly tender and delicious. Despite feeling full, I couldn't resist finishing everything on my plate. Despite it being Mother's Day, we were seated promptly and received exceptional service.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant for their delicious bloomin onions and blueberry lavender lemonade, and I will definitely return to see Hannah! She is an amazing waitress - attentive, kind, and funny. I believe that Hannah runs Outback like a well-oiled machine and deserves recognition for her dedication and hard work. She is your best mate!
The Melbourne Porterhouse steak was easily the most tender and perfectly cooked steak I've ever had. Good salad and appetizers too. The server was great and the manager was too. Not for nothing, but allowing substitutions for sides goes a long was with me. Having a salad with my steak nailed it.
We were searching for a place to dine and stumbled upon this restaurant. We were greeted with excellent service and enjoyed a wonderful time in a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to the bar staff for a great experience.
As always, quality of food and service were great. My kiddos love the french fries and fruit that comes along with their meals. The meals that my wife and I had were cooked perfectly. Server was extremely friendly and swift with any requests we had.

We had Danni today as a waitress and she was fabulous. Did not miss anything. We had a party of 10. Drinks were always full. Did not have to wait for anything. The manager Amber. was also excellent!! Always a Great time at Ledgewood Outback!!!!
Ok spot for a steakhouse. Service was ok. Food was ok. Steak was over cooked, chicken was in the dry side. Food took quite a bit to make.
