The most unorganized staff! She sounded lost on the phone even, confused. Took about 10 minutes of trying to enter the phone number, another 15 minute's trying to figure out the address. Once she placed the order, I thought we were good but when we got the pizza it was the wrong kind and cold. Tried the other location thinking maybe it was a fluke and similar thing happened. I didnt go through with placing the order because the staff who answered was incompetent. I would give no stars if I could
I've been enjoying a fantastic lunch takeout special, and I must say, the pizzas have been incredible! From the flavorful sauces and crust to the generous toppings, everything has impressed me. I had never tried artichokes on pizza until last week, and they were a delightful addition. I think it was the spinach dip chicken pizza—I'll definitely be ordering that one again! I'm quite particular about my takeout, and this place offers excellent value. I highly recommend giving them a try!
As much as I love Panago as a chain restaurant from my childhood. I tried making some calls but to no avail, they've hung up on me each time on my birthday no less. Really wanted to make an order but the service is really questionable. Can't really order over phone I guess.
Ordered a new york deli and chicken club came very under cooked. Also whoever sliced it needs some more practice, one piece was a quarter pizza. Prob why I haven't order there in over a year now. ?
