They have stop giving the amount of food your money use to pay for. This is the second time they have done this to us, 8/27/25. Even though the food is good we feel they are ripping us off so why continue to purchase from them? We ordered through GRUBHUB however, Panda Express are the ones ripping us off with the amount of food they use to give us for our money. We get delivery service from GrubHub. Ordered delivery, food was all horribly smushed! Into one plate. Other Panda Express?s put the 5th item into a separate box, but this location is the only that decided to cramp it all in there making it visibly unappetizing. For that reason I threw all the4 plates away!! In VA they make customer satisfaction a priority but in this Baltimore Ave location they don?t care about thecustomer just themselves!!!!
I visited Panda Express just before closing time, as it was one of the few restaurants still open nearby. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. They had a nice selection of drinks, and the staff was thoughtful and attentive. The prices were reasonable; we were able to share two entrees and one side between us. The service was fast and attentive. I'll definitely be back!
Ordered take out, got all the sides but no entrees. My bag was stapled and sealed as if someone confirmed the order was complete. One of the worst panda express in MD. I tried to get a white rice for my side but they don't have it and they serve really small portion for entrees and probably save the rest for the employees to bring the food home. Never coming back to this location whata joke.
I am giving two stars instead of one because the restaurant was clean. However, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff member was quite rude while taking our order.
