I really didn't want to post this but my email to their corporate office(Through the app) was never responded to. I'm attaching a photo of a foreign item in my chow mein. I took a bite of it and this is what I bit into. I was on my way to work when I got my order (around 8ish). I wasn't able to eat my food right away at work. By the time I was able, the store was closed. So I emailed my issue to their app customer service. This was Thursday night(1/18) and I still haven't gotten a response from them. The online hours stated that the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, so we arrived at 9 PM, only to find that nearly everything was sold out. They had completely run out of chow mein, and when we asked the staff if they would be making more since there was still an hour and a half until closing, we were told it would take 10 minutes. My boyfriend received his order, but after waiting about 15 minutes for my chow mein, I had to inquire about it, only to find out they had forgotten to start cooking it. Boyfriend ordered food online at 9 since they close at 10, when the app said it was ready for pickup around 9:30 the workers said they “ran out of food” which is completely odd considering they close at 10 and the order was placed at 9. They were out of everything. Extremely unprofessional and it is clear they were closing early even though they close at 10. Lazy workers.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and I was charged extra while not receiving the food I paid for. Additionally, the way I was treated was unprofessional. I can't recommend this place unless they improve their staff.

I had gone through the drive thru and ordered 3 bowls for my family. I was slightly disappointed to see the portioning on all of them. Now I wouldn’t usually complain but one was visibly skimped on. I will be back but this experience was just not it. Thanks.
Today's meal was not good. The white rice was mushy and the orange chicken wasn't the usual thing. The meal was disappointing. They either have new cooks or no manager on site.
Worst place ever. They got my order wrong, when I told them they didn’t care and they didn’t even make me another order. I don’t think I’ll ever eat Panda again.
The portion sizes are significantly smaller compared to other locations I have visited.
