I absolutely love this place and often come here to eat and study—it's wonderful. Normally, I don't write reviews, but today something happened that really bothered me. I observed a manager, whose name I didn’t catch, treating one of the employees poorly in front of customers. An employee had made a mistake involving inappropriate language, and the manager repeatedly brought it up loudly, even threatening to write him up again if he messed up.

I went to pick up dinner and was disappointed to find the restaurant in poor condition. It was dirty, they were out of bread, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. It seemed like the floors hadn't been vacuumed in days, there was juice all over the counter, and the tables were cluttered with dirty dishes. Despite it not being busy during my visit, I was told it had been extremely hectic all day, leaving no time to clean or bake bread. The place could really use better management. I feel sorry for the staff.
I'm not sure what has happened in the past at this restaurant or if it was because of my race, but I experienced someone approaching me and questioning why my friends and I were there. They insinuated that we were taking away from others’ experiences and that we shouldn't sit in certain areas. I’ve only visited this location once, so I can't tell if they confused me with someone else, but it felt quite rude to be questioned just for being there.
This location is usually the best of the three near me but the soup the past couple of times (Turkey chili) has basically been broth with maybe 2 beans and a few pieces of Turkey in there. I’ll update this once I get a couple of better experiences here.

A worker named sky was extremely rude and belligerent and disrespectful made my food cold and I got food poisoning after eating it. I experienced many stomach problems and was very distraught after the experience I had at your location of Panera bread.
I ordered a hot BLT sandwich at Panera Bread, and it took over 15 minutes to prepare. When I finally received my sandwich, it was cold, and the bacon was so chilled that it was soaked in grease. Definitely not worth the wait given the quality.
The food was really good, however the cashier helping me was beyond horrible and lacked quality customer service, which is pretty sad and she made it seem like she didnt want to be there
Totally my favorite lunch place.Parking: I love the sip club. I just wish that I was located closer.

Breakfast was excellent with a very reasonable wait for the food.
