Food was excellent as always. My major complaint is...Panera Bread at this location, has turned into a gaming and laptop work hub! All the booths that seat a family/party of 4-6 were occupied by one person per table...laptops, spread sheets, books, etc. No food or drinks were present, while these people were selfishly occupying space. There was an elderly lady, sitting solo at one of the bigger booths, watching a movie on her laptop...again...no food or drink present. It appeared that she was dropped off by her family, and they went across the way to shop at Costco! The entire dining area was occupied by single people who turned each table into their personal work station. There was a couple...
I ordered the Napa almond chicken sandwich with extra chicken from Panera Bread, but the way it was wrapped was sloppy. When I took it out of the bag, the sandwich fell apart and made a mess in my car. On top of that, there wasn’t any extra chicken, even though I paid for it. The girl at the drive-thru was very friendly, and if it weren’t for her, I probably would have given just one star. The Panera Bread location near my work usually wraps their sandwiches tightly with two layers of paper, keeping everything neat and tidy, which I really appreciate. Overall, their menu has great options, but the packaging this time didn’t meet my expectations.
Came in with my family for lunch. Didn?t realize I was coming in to a library instead of a restaurant. Some lady not eating just working on her laptop had her extension cord running from under our table across to her table.for her laptop. She didn?t carethat my elder mother that walks with a walking cane had to climb over it. I brought up to the employees attention and shecompletely ignored me. Didn?t do anything about being that they were both Asians and we were Mexican American. No consideration.My money is good as anyone else in here. Last time I come here. Don?t feel safe and welcoming. Stopped by for a quick bite. Pictured here is the Green Goddess salad, with 1/2 of a baguette. The pastry was a cinnamon roll, 50% off with the meal. My mom loves cinnamon rolls!The salad was very fresh and delicious. The host was very energetic and friendly. He was helpful with the menu, helped us decide on our final order with suggestions on sandwiches or other items available.There’s plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this place for a healthy meal.

The food at Panera Bread is consistently great, which is why I keep coming back. However, the staff and the overall environment could use improvement. Orders are frequently mixed up, the cleanliness inside is uneven, and the staff often seem disengaged. With better management, this place could be much better. Food rating: 4/5.
Today my mom ordered a pick 2 with an extra piece of baguette (it already comes with one). She wasn?t able to finish her meal since the extra baguette was missing. She called twice but Panera didn?t pick up the phone. She is leaving this review as shewants to get her piece of bread next time she places an order there.
A convenient neighborhood joint, could be crowded at times. The bustling intersection compounds the situation. Depending on the crew, the manager is rather attentive and watchful; but newbies, unpredictable. Although it is not perfect, it's caffeine and carbs, nourish the neighbors, and passerbys' pit stop break!
You can place your order at a kiosk or directly with staff. There is a lot of seating available, perfect for enjoying a meal or working on your laptop for an extended time. There's also plenty of parking available. They have a self-service station for iced coffee, iced tea, and sodas. I would certainly return!

I consistently opt for the rapid pick-up option, and it definitely lives up to its name! When I order for two people along with some sides, it typically estimates a 15-minute wait, but my order is always ready much sooner! I also appreciate the friendly staff, and the restaurant is always spotlessly clean.
