Placed an order on Friday 12/22/23 for a bakers dozen of bagels to pickup after church on 12/24/23 11:30 AM. Pulled into the parking lot around 11:20 AM, received a notification that my order was ready. Walked in to the rapid order pickup and no items on the shelf. Walked to the counter where you would normally pickup your items if dining in, girl behind the counter was leaning up on the equipment on her cell phone not paying anyone no mind, so after a stop there for a min and said excuse me I walked to the register to ask for my order. The girl behind the counter said it should be on the shelf and I politely explained that it wasn’t and that the girl in the back was on her phone and not pay...
The bacon egg tomato wrap is very tasty! I also love their blueberry peach smoothie as well. Looking forward to the turkey chili this season! They get 4 stars because the last 4 trips there, the cashiers were like little robots! No friendly service. Oh well, at least the food keeps me coming back.
I just ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt (toasted) and had it delivered. OMG!!!!!!! That is likely the best sandwich I have ever tasted! Thank you Panera you made my day!
The food was decent, but not as flavorful as it used to be. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, and it seems like the quality of the ingredients has diminished over time.

Panera bread is always a good place to go. I would highly recommend the chipotle chicken melt. The food is always so good and the staff there are always so sweet.
The drive-thru attendant was very friendly. The food was served hot, there was no long wait, and my order was accurate.
I am truly grateful that, despite the changes in the facility plans, the food and service continue to be outstanding.
