Panera is not consistent. Pinole location is not up to par, order was ready when I got there but was not on the board. Tuna sandwich was not up to par, neither was the chicken sandwich. Checked order when I got to my car, they left out my bag ofchips. On Friday September 9th had same order from San Rafael location where I work, order was much better, tuna was fresher,order was correct, staff much friendlier. Will never order from Pinole again.
I want to express my gratitude to Dorothy and Court for promptly resolving an issue with my takeout order. There was a mistake that would have resulted in me receiving food I couldn't eat, but Dorothy quickly stepped in to prepare the correct item. I appreciated their positive attitude and sincere commitment to ensuring I left satisfied. I will certainly return in the future.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and fairly priced, but they definitely need to increase the temperature during the colder months. I have been quite uncomfortable with how chilly it is every time I visit. After dining here five consecutive nights, I've found myself freezing each time. I suggest dressing warmly and kindly ask them to turn on the heat.
This Panera bread is great! I always get the broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl or the Mac and cheese and it does it every time. The workers could be a little more patient and welcoming and the lines can be long waiting for orders. The wait was kind oflong, but, the food was good enough to not worry about the wait. I hadn’t been to this Panera in a while, but the food was excellent. What stood out even more was the manager, Nicole. She helped me recover my lost wallet, purse, backpack, and rent money. I’m truly grateful for having such honest and caring employees—thank you so much, Nicole!
I really love this place; it has a great atmosphere and is very relaxing. Starting my day with a hot cup of coffee and a muffin here is wonderful. I especially enjoy visiting on sunny days. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I tried the Greek Goddess Salad and the black bean soup, and they were both absolutely delicious. They also offer a great variety of drinks, and I always opt for the iced teas.
