Our dining experience wasn't quite what we had hoped for. The table we were seated at was wobbly, causing everything to tilt whenever I moved my arm, which was quite distracting. I also didn't enjoy the background music, and the guests at the neighboring table weren't particularly engaging either. To add to that, my son's strawberry smoothie from McDonald's didn't taste quite right.

I waited half an hour for my food, but it never came. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, so I'm puzzled as to why it took so long to make a sandwich. When I asked for a refund because of the wait, they weren't able to help me. There were four staff members working and no customers in line at the drive-thru, so I really don't understand why they couldn't either prepare my order or process my refund. Service: Dine-in.
I've frequently encountered problems with my orders being wrong. They often forget essential parts, such as leaving out the feta cheese in a Greek salad. Moreover, they tend to include ingredients I've clearly asked to be removed due to food allergies. The manager is hardly ever around to address these issues, even during quieter moments. Today, I discovered visibly rotten lettuce and peppers in both salads I ordered.
If I could give this place zero stars, I certainly would. It has really declined. The sandwich I ordered was terrible; it used to be my favorite, but now it’s the worst! The beef was so tough that it was almost impossible to chew, and the bread was completely burnt. There was nothing enjoyable about this sandwich. They might want to think about hiring more experienced staff.

I had a terrible experience with delivery. The manager at Panera is blaming DoorDash for my order being delivered to the wrong address and arriving two hours late, and they refuse to take any responsibility. Since Panera relies on DoorDash for deliveries and doesn’t employ their own drivers, they’re just passing the buck instead of addressing the problem.

At 8:30 PM, I purchased a light roast coffee tote but was not provided with any coffee cups or sugar packets—only a few creamers. When I asked for more creamers, the employee refused and only gave me a small amount. I used to think the service here was excellent, but now it has become the worst.
"I tend to avoid Panera for reasons like this. They forgot half of my order, and it took an unusually long time for my food to arrive, only to find that they had missed several items. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2."
