I don't like giving negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I attempted to order online but it showed that they were out of all bread, so I decided to drive there instead. The girl working there told me that their online ordering system is unreliable and they did have bread. We ordered a sandwich and a salad to go, and our order was prepared quickly. However, when I got home, I was extremely disappointed. The Napa chicken salad sandwich had very little chicken salad - maybe a teaspoon's worth (see picture for reference). It went straight in the trash. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Don't order foods here for doordash pickup because you have to wait forever to get them ready. The speed of preparation of the cooks is too slow and the store delays the online orders to serve the walk-in guests first. The dasher had to wait nearly 1 hour to have foods picked up though the customer placed order longtime ago before. The customer could be hungry as over lunch time and the dasher can not earn money from delivery ,just got $6 per hour for this order. The manager should reconsider this
This restaurant is the perfect place for both work and family time. My children absolutely love it. The staff and manager at this location are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I have had a bad experience here in the past, but with the new crew, it has become the best.
Today, while having lunch, I noticed a leak on the ceiling that I believe dripped onto my food. The manager was informed but refused to address the issue. She claimed they didn't find anything wrong, but if there's a leak, something is definitely amiss!

The best place and branch to work or have family time.. my kids love it the most .Staff and the manager of this branch are so friendly, nice and helpful.I used to have bad experience here, But with this new crew it bacame the best ?
During my breakfast last Sunday, there was a spider on my table, which was a first and had never happened to me there before. The restaurant should improve their cleaning practices.
Service sucks, has the self Service kiosk and employees that do help at front look at you until you use the kiosk and don't even try to help you or take your order
Panera has awesome food and great sweet treats. The downside to this Panera NOT ENOUGH staff on the register in the AM. Plus, the tables are not cleaned very fast.
