Wasted food and wasted my time. I ordered a half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and had one minor customization which was to take off the feta and add avocado instead.The crew forgot the avocado. I left Panera and started driving away. I checked and as my sandwich did not have avocado I went back.Only for them to tell me I was incorrect even though I showed them this receipt. They asked for the original sandwich back to inspect but then threw away the original Sandwich. Literally could've given that to someone without lunch today. Now it's just in their trash bin.What a world we live in when we can just throw away food when there are thousand of people hungry in our community.....They remade...
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy breakfast with your family. The service is fast and efficient, with a variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. However, if you decide to order takeout, be sure to double-check your order. There have been a few instances where items were left out, including crucial ingredients like bacon. Absolutely disgusting location. The lettuce in my sandwich was rotten. It was slimy, black, and stank. I don't know how they thought putting this in a sandwich and giving it to someone was a good idea. They also forgot the mustard. I've been trying to call this location for a half hour and nobody has answered the phone.
The efficiency displayed on the order tracking system does not match the actual pace of the staff. My order was messed up, and when I inquired about it, the staff was extremely rude. It turned out that the order had never been prepared. Showing kindness and admitting mistakes can go a long way instead of arguing.

The food was good, but i was not impressed with the dirty tables everywhere, plus the staff in the kithen didnt seem like they knew what they were doing, leaving food sitting in the window and not calling out your name when it was ready, would not reccomend them, there is another panera not far down the road.
The food at Panera is consistently good and the staff is attentive. They call out names for pickup to ensure orders are not forgotten. I have visited this restaurant many times since it is close to my workplace. Although it can get busy during lunch, the service is always efficient and prompt.
The North San Jose restaurant has performed admirably, despite being occasionally short-staffed. They make every effort to satisfy orders, so please keep in mind that they are still operating during the pandemic. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
We encountered an issue when attempting to pay using Apple Pay at a kiosk. Although we were charged, our order did not go through. However, the staff was very attentive and helpful in addressing the problem.
