I wish if I left zero star for this place I ordered half dozen bagel and chesse for the curbside collection my order was ready at 12:10 what the app said! I checked 3 times on the app (i m here waited in my car until 12:25 no one came with my order, so I went into the loading and asked after my order she told me that we didn't get it and they didn't even see that it took her awhile to find it on the screen and they told me that the bagel u is selected is sold out! yes of course they sold them between 12:10-12:25 almost all kinds really sold! when I went to the load, both of them talked on the chashier and didn't work at all, so they were not busy or nothing to do my order only careless worke...
this is not the place to go if they want to be served competent people in a reasonable amount of time. first, while I was at the coffee kiosk, the writer shouted out loudly: “Sir, her card was rejected!” loud enough for the half of the load to hear. it was a glitter with her computer, as the next register did not reject the card. this behavior would write them up in my business. second, I asked about dekaf how I could see that there was no in kiosk. the writer said that a co-worker broke it like we talked. After several minutes, it's out that they didn't. the hired man lied to me. that's not a mistake, that's malice. that should let you fire.
I do not deny that the food in your branches is fresh and delicious, but the most important thing is to choose employees who do not have psychological problems and can smile with customers and provide them with the best possible service, but unfortunately your employees in this branch do not have this feature and this will kill your business. They treat you as if you annoy them with your requests, but we pay money for that. I know that the workers in this sector are young people and they do not have the experience to satisfy the customer with good treatment, the owner of this branch must deal with that.
I really enjoy this Panera. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It's evident that the employees are overwhelmed; it seems the company isn't paying enough to attract more applicants, which is contributing to a decline in productivity across the board. I visit frequently, and I'm always met with a warm smile, with everyone putting in great effort during my short visits. This is why I keep coming back, and I would love to see these dedicated individuals feeling less stressed. They deserve a pay raise!

Do not order online for delivery! Every time I order from this location, I'm missing AT LEAST 2 items. Ordering from the app, there is no easy way to request a refund. My husband sent an email and has been waiting for a response or refund for over a month. Calling the store doesn't help as they act like there's nothing they can do. It's a waste of time and money!
I ordered a Pope salad with chicken and an iced chai. The salad had very little dressing and not enough variety besides the greens. The iced chai was too diluted for my taste. Next time, I think I'll try a different restaurant.
There were extremely long lines with only one cashier available. The names weren't called out loudly, so it was difficult to know when our orders were ready, and they ended up getting cold while we waited.
Usually Panera is busy but we were the only people in the restaurant on a Saturday night. It was very dirty and my salad was drenched in dressing to the point I couldn't finish it.

Bagels are so small now. Only a 2 star because prices havent gone up. The wait is pretty bad at this location and the orders get messed up routinely. Disappointing
No self-service kiosks and no one at the registers. The store needs a renovation and updates to meet the needs of modern consumers.
