I give this particular Papa John’s location five stars. Most people know what to expect from Papa John’s, so it’s not the pizza itself that earns the five stars, but rather how this location compares to other chain pizza places. I’ve only ordered takeout from here twice, but both times, the staff was incredibly friendly. My orders were correct, prepared quickly, and delivered right on time. I noticed some reviews mentioning the interior, but when I visited, I was pleasantly surprised to find it updated, clean, bright, and spacious. The pizza was hot and exactly what you would expect from Papa John’s. While most people know what they’re getting from a Papa John’s pizza, I’m giving five stars...
The staff refuses to wear masks, believing they are exempt from the requirement. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and there is a mandatory mask rule for all restaurants, including pizzerias, in this county. Unfortunately, neither corporate representatives nor local officials, including the mayor and the Cook County Health Board, are taking any action. I would recommend avoiding this place and similar establishments. River Forest is doing the same thing.
I'm just a very rude name anastasio who said that his name didn't want to take my order, he started screaming at me when I tried to find out the size of the pizza he started with which size I wanted to scream twice to pizzas, and this guy just told me he didn't have to take my order, I told him why I was just trying to do that. I told him that this is very rude, not a possibility to treat her customers terrible experience at the door
Ordered Hawaiian pizza, after opening at home it had different toppings, missing pineapples. After calling to them, they proposed to make another for me, however I need to spend at least half an hour to get there and back. It waste of time, my evening was destroyed. I hope that they will check orders next time before giving orders to their customers. And they don’t deliver to me.Update: Was offered a free pizza for next time.

employees are a wonderful and fully understood that customer service is extremely important! service, cleanliness, fastness and eating is amazing here. loves this place and the pizza! it was great and has so great work ethic and eating is always so fresh! many thanks for everything.
We like to go out. Last night we arrived in this great place we didn't know before. We spent a nice evening with exceptional food and a professional stuff and a professional cook. We added this restaurant to our list, and we'll be back soon. We highly recommend.
This is hands down the best pizza place I've ever been to! The customer service was excellent, and my pizza was served quickly and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend visiting this spot—definitely give it a try!
the dame is very kind, the guy had an evil attitude that did not kindly address all the needs to find another job, not to do with the public, sucking his personality.
