Usually we love order here as they offer milk free pizza and my fiance is lactose intolerant and it is in the regular good. but this time it was the worst milk- and milk-free pizza we had. as we have ordered one of each. had instead baked a frozen pizza. from any reason the door that it has delivered it, that was ok, but it was 30 minutes later when they said cold, literally, and hardly any sauce on the cheese free. I could see the diligent clearly on the half. They usually do it very well, but not this time. when I called to see if they could do a refund, some or anything at all, and see if they needed anything else from me, like a picture or the pizza back to prove it. I called to order ended up speaking with a call center the lady couldn’t even understand what I was ordering then she put my order in wrong. I called the store spoke with the manager who was super customer oriented and offed to either replace or give a credit to me. I’m only giving 5 stars for the manager whom handled the situation correctly. Please to the big corporate big wigs who don’t understand what customers go through get rid of the idiots taking your orders whom have probably never had your pizza.
I ordered the New York-style pizza since I am from New York and love that type of pizza. I ordered it for takeout, and when I arrived, it was ready. The pizza was very good, although not as authentic as the real thing by a long shot, but still decent for Ohio and being from a national franchise restaurant.
I only sampled the paprika pizza at this restaurant, but it was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. The garlic sauce was incredible! I am eagerly looking forward to ordering it again. I highly recommend this place.

Reliable, efficient, and welcoming. I have never had a disappointing pizza at this restaurant. Although there was a mistake with my order once, it was quickly resolved.
Just got my Papa Bowl made up from the store manager Vicki. She was super nice, professional, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!
