Despite reading negative reviews, I decided to give this restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The lack of good customer service was obvious from the beginning. As a single parent, I ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter, only to be charged over $13 without being informed about a special deal for a large pizza with one topping for $10.99. With rising costs, I inquired about adjusting my order, but was met with rudeness and told that I had to buy another pizza because the mistake was my own fault. The food can be good if it's made properly. I've ordered here three times, once my pizza was missing a topping, another time the garlic knots were severely burnt, and once the order was good. Below is a picture of their interpretation of a half pepperoni,half black olive pizza. I'll also add that while in their store I've watched employees intentionally neglect customer calls andtell other employees not to pick up the phone. That being said, when I am in the store and interact with the employees they havealways been extremely polite and friendly to speak to.
I'm not sure what happened. I've been to Ledo's here many times and the service has always been good. Today, however, I called in my order and it took over an hour to arrive. They even offered me a refund, but that wouldn't have satisfied my hunger. It definitely wasn't the young lady's fault who took the order; I'm not sure what the issue was. According to others, the wait time was between an hour and an hour and a half. I'm giving 3 stars, which is generous based on this experience.
Horrible place. Half of the pizza was dry and burnt meanwhile the other half undercooked..? Very confused .... as to how pizza can even do that. Wings were burnt and drying, no Buffalo or bbq sauce smothered on it. Just some on top. Ugh , verydisappointed. Me the fam eat Ledos like once a month and this is by far the saddest. Smh I hope this location improves.

I ordered a pizza and a Pepsi, but only received the pizza. Despite trying to call the restaurant several times, no one answered and the call was eventually disconnected. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this restaurant. Due to their extremely poor customer service, I will not be ordering from them again.
Terrible experience. Half of the pizza was dry and burnt, while the other half was undercooked—completely baffling. The wings were overcooked and dry, with barely any Buffalo or BBQ sauce on them. Very disappointing. I usually order Papa John's once a month, and this was by far the worst experience. I hope they improve soon.
They are the worst?.pizza is usually wrong very slow delivery and they use DoorDash drivers that the workers in the store say don?t deliver the food all the time so my question is why would you use them or offer delivery? Like today I?ve been waiting fora 2 and a half hours and still waiting.
Not a great Experience. Employee was rude and seemed bothered by us ordering in the restaurant and not online and continued to repeat that the dining area was closed. Food was hot but nothing stood out to garner a return visit.

Always reliable with their pizzas for events, they put a good amount of toppings. I love the square pizzas, they fill the box and my stomach pretty well haha
Before I realized it the pizza was half eaten and we were on drink #4. We ordered a meat eaters. Was hot and Sooo good. Square ?? pizza is awesome ????.
