I had a bad experience with this restaurant back in December. It took a long time to receive my food and when I finally did, it was incorrect. The server never came back to address the issue. When I called, the person who answered the phone had terrible customer service. Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and ordered again tonight. However, it was a huge mistake. My order never arrived, and when I called to inquire about the delay, I was told that the delivery driver had just left. Very disappointed with this location. I work for a large company and we order 7 10 pizza's at least 3 4 time a month for office meetings and training events. Every time we order we confirm an 11:30 am drop off and RARELY does the pizza come on time even though it's promised and place hours ahead. Jamie the manager even called to confirm. Pizza arrived at 12:07 the delivery woman didn't even come in the bldg. just left the pizza at the door and LEFT! Not to mention I ordered boneless wings with blue cheese dip, complete opposite. When I called to express my aggravation all I got was an apology. Needless to say, we will be finding a new pizza place to feed our guys going forward.
I ordered online at 5:37pm. My tracker said it would be delivered between 6:20 and 6:30pm. I called at 6:45 and they had not even started making it yet. Seriously! I ordered 2 pizza, a cookie, and an order of wings. The man on the phone could have cared less and said well you will get you pizza when we can get a delivery driver to get it to you. It finally came at 7:30 pm. 2 hours later. At least the food was hot and good. Don't put on the tracker and on my order that it would be delivered in 45 minutes at 6:20 and at 6:45 you have not even started making my order. Just be honest. Tell me 2 hours if it is going to be 2 hours.
It took 40 minutes for our order to arrive at our house from the restaurant after it was dispatched. We live only about 10-15 minutes away from the location. Despite being aware that there were many orders to be delivered, we were disappointed to find that our pizza was only lukewarm by the time it reached us. We had waited over an hour for a simple and fast dinner that would have taken us only 30 minutes at any other restaurant. Additionally, we were greatly disappointed in the quality of the food due to the temperature of the crust and our stuffed crust.

the new assistant manager, skylar, is incredibly unprofessional. she treats her teenage employees terribly. she spreads lies and rumors and harrasses them despite them asking her not to. then retaliates by giving them less hours when they report her. theres a reason she was terminated and had to move locations from her last position. not to mention how she openly flirts with coworkers and discriminates the younger employees because of age and lack of work experience. do not let your kids work here
While in store waiting on delivery mind you a correction on original order) multpile profanities used by employees aswell as calling customers vulgar names, preperation of pizzas while not washing hands and handling paper money, willingly knowing the customer was not usings his credit/debit card didnt know pin) allowed transaction to be completed. Standards food saftey practices not being followed, no hairnets being used and that is just what i noticed when i had to go get my delivery order.
The last few times we have came here we have had horrible experiences, they are rude and could careless about their customers and by the looks of these other reviews I’m not the only person who thinks the same! No hair nets etc just overall not clean I’m sitting in my car right now waiting for my pizza and I’m very tempted to go and just get my money back and leave I’m just grossed out! I hope the owner of this store sees the reviews and does better on who he hires to run his store!
These guys were getting SLAMMED with tickets. And they worked as calmly and quickly as possible. I was very impressed with how kind and level headed they were. I didn't get their names but they were working at 2p on Jan 26, 2024. They deserve recognition and I hope someone shows this to them.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. My first pizza was burnt and the second pizza was just as terrible. I'm not sure if it's Papa John's fault or the staff making the pizza, but either way, it's definitely the fault of this location.
