I had a order to pick up for doordash, and I waited 20 mins, only to be told it would be another 30 mins or longer. I ended up leaving because that takes away from my income when I have to wait so long. I know it doesn't matter to the company, but it would be nice if they fixed it where doordash orders are priority.
The day crew sucks. Order in the evening and it'll be ok, but if you order for lunch you will get uncooked thrown together garbage even if you ask for well-done. Every single time. Even for carry out, the day crew will happily serve you garbage food with a smile on their face.
Took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver it 0.6 miles away. Pizza was damn near cold by the time I got a slice. Not the first issue I've had with this location. Even the driver that delivered the pizza was complaining about how bad the management is and the turnover rate.
I stopped by on my way to work, and my pizza was not cut and didn’t have any cheese on it. It also took a long time to get my order, even though there were several employees working. It was quite disappointing! Book a table now
Ordered $90 worth of food —-the 10” cheese stixs looked like 6” cheese stixs and the large pizzas were in small boxes! Definitely won’t be ordering from papa John’s again!
The landscaper at the location was very attentive and made sure to bring us something to drink. We really appreciated the gesture.

We tried to call in a order and the lady laughed at us and hunged up.
