I have consistently received excellent customer service at this restaurant. They do their best under challenging circumstances. I understand that they are often short-staffed, which I keep in mind when placing my order. Some customers may not realize that, although the restaurant appears empty at times, there are actually many phone and online orders being processed. Patience is key. I really love this pizza!
This review is for the Garden Veggie pizza. The veggies have been receding further and further to the middle of the pizza, leaving LOTS of crust with virtually no toppings around the outside edge 2 3 inches all crust, no toppings, all the way around. Very disappointing. This was not the case in the past.
I used to really enjoy their pizza and would order it at least once a week. However, during my last couple of visits, I found hair cooked into my pizza. That's a definite turn-off. I hope they can remind their employees to wear visors or something similar like they did in the past.
Online ordering has been down for many months, instead you have to order on the phone and their phone line is always busy. Their entire business model is for you to order online and pick it up. I'll just go elsewhere. Book a table now

Seriously, the stupidest place you will ever go to. Unbaked pizza that looks like a frozen pizza, but much much more expensive. We ordered from here by
They don't honor Facebook adds and coupons. Wasted my time driving there for a deal. If the add doesn't say Martinez on it don't trust it.
Always good food and prices, but tried to order dairy free cheese pizza and was informed they were out of the non dairy cheese. Will try Book a table now
