Thursday night is a fantastic time to dine at this restaurant. We decided to sit at the bar and our waitress was exceptionally friendly. She suggested a wonderful Cabernet for me and a Pilsner from Italy for him. For our appetizers, we ordered the burrata cheese, Brussels sprouts with bacon, and a bread board. This restaurant is a charming spot located in downtown Martinez. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Although some menu items seemed a bit pricey, the overall experience was positive. Their service here today was very poor and my friend ordered the Italian sandwich and she said it was way too salty and she asked for a sausage replacement for the inside of the sandwich which they charged her for the sausage but after she complained they took it off I had the hangover hash which seemed to be a mess of a bunch of hot and cold ingredients with egg and bacon and braised beef. I want to give this place 5 stars. I really do. It's so cute! The service is so friendly! The food is mostly amazing! The weird thing is, the press their meat into shapes (see pic). Makes you think it's a can of tuna. And it ruins the texture. Take the chicken in this pic, it's not grilled, it seems like it was boiled, formed into a can of tuna shape, and covered in a sauce to make it brown. And the wine pours are teensy. Otherwise, amazing date spot, super cute interior and the short ribs, food presentation and service are spot on! Update: the chicken also tastes terrible. Papis, I love you, I know you can do better!
When I crave delicious vegan food, I usually have to make the drive to Berkeley, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations! They offer only two vegan dishes, a carbonara pasta and a pizza, but both are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying the carbonara with the focaccia, the balsamic drizzle is especially delicious!
Found this place exploring downtown Martinez. It turned out to be a great choice for a nice night out. The staff was very attentive and the food quality was great. I would definitely go back for another dinner date. The ambience of the entire restaurant was on point and very relaxing.

The Happy Hour at this restaurant is excellent. Fresh oysters are available for only $1 each, followed by a delicious prosciutto and blue cheese pizza. The meal is perfectly complemented by Happy Hour Chardonnay. The prices are very reasonable, making this place a winner!
Great service!!! They took us in 15 min. before closing and they were very nice. Offer us desert way after closing time. Super impressed with the food and service.
