First, the food is good though the fried Calamari was a little tough.. But we came in to order (haven 't been here in a few years so didn 't realize it was takeout only), looked at the menu, ordered, got our food nice and quick then looked at the receipt and it didn 't seem right. The prices on our receipt were higher across the board. Our receipt was higher by about $15-$18. The owner was not there and the folks working really didn 't have an opinion. To me, even though the menu says prices subject to change in fine print, that really isn 't how any of us who 've eaten in Italian restaurants across the Northeast work. The restaurant has been downhill since new owners. Prices rose and food is lower. Use to order all the time of them for years, this is my last time! Salad was not fresh salad, chicken had tons of fat on it, fresh mozzarella was slices of mozzarella?. All about my $20 salad was terrible!
Why would you advertise a Cannoli Bar, and the Cannoli Bar is literally 2 varieties melting Cannolis on the check-out counter? Put the shield down or make a real Cannoli bar.
Best local Italian food good prices. We've been going for years. The people who work there are always very friendly. Food is always great!
