We had an early lunch here on a Wednesday, and the place wasn't crowded at all. Our server guided us through the ordering process. The concept is quite similar to Chipotle, but they offer a wider selection of meats, including blackened fish. The decor has a nice hiker vibe with an outdoorsy feel. There are three different salsas available in bottles on the tables for us to use as condiments. Please note that chips are not complimentary, but the serving basket is generous. We ordered burritos, which were large and delicious. We really love this place!

The atmosphere was great, festive for the holidays, music was poppin? but not too loud. Shrimp tacos were incredible, queso was rockin?, and the margaritas were the second best only to margaritas I?ve had in my hometown of Cinci. Staff was very friendly and I want to stay here for dinner too.
My wife and I really enjoy dining at this restaurant. Whenever we’re in Highlands, we make it a point to stop by. I always arrange our visit to make sure we arrive when they're open, since they close at 3:00 PM and are closed on Sundays.
