A truly special evening. The walls, which once housed Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Melbourne, have been transformed in to a French Bistro, the open kitchen is bustling and alive with the skilled craftsmen of cuisine. The food is, simply, beautiful. The chestnut veloute with mushroom emulsion is rich, sweet and luxurious. It's envelops you in it's decadent warmth. The beetroot cured salmon with winter vegetable salad tastes as beautiful as it looks, pink tipped slivers of salmon with shaved fennel and beautiful heirloom baby beetroot create such a wonderful colour contrast on the plate.
