I love Pho 99. The spring rolls are great and the pho broth is my favorite in the Twin Cities. The pho portions are huge so when I dine in I size down to a small bowl. Service is always fast and food is always hot and fresh.For takeout I order a regular size because it ends up being 2 meals for me and they take great care in the packing and wrapping of take out orders. Never missed a veggie or a condiment.Will mention on my latest take out order last week I asked for a small sauce cup for the chili oil and was told it would be a dollar extra. Pho 99’s new oxtail dish is definitely a welcome addition to their menu. Every time I visit, the place is usually busy, which is always a good sign. The pho broth is flavorful, and the staff is friendly and attentive, doing their best even when it gets hectic. Unlike other restaurants, I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my food here—usually it’s ready within 5 minutes. I also tried their spring rolls—both the regular and pork meatball versions—and they were fantastic. Their chili oil packs more heat than most places, which I appreciate, though it might be a bit spicy for those unaccustomed to it. Overall, Pho 99 is a great spot with a delicious menu.

Pho came out very quickly, which I was very happy about. They have large portions and reasonably priced for the amount. The place was packed, and rightfully so, as I think this is one of the best Pho places in the Twin Cities. Staff were very friendly. It is located in an area where crime is higher, but just something to be aware of is all. It is right next to a DragonStar, which I appreciate.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was absolutely delightful! The server was attentive and provided excellent recommendations. I really enjoyed the Thai tea, spring rolls with peanut sauce, beef brisket pho, and chicken banh mi. I feel fortunate to live so close to such fantastic dining options; my biggest challenge now is deciding which one to try next!
Best pho in Brooklyn Park. This area is known to have some of the sweetest pho around, that's why I avoid eating on this side of town. Something in me said to try this restaurant and glad I did, their pho is good to go as is, didn't need to add anything else. Will be back!!!Parking: In a strip mall so plenty of parking.
