The staff, including a guy and a girl who claimed to be the manager, were incredibly unhelpful. When we went to pay the bill, the lady informed my wife that it was $159 but didn’t provide an itemized receipt. She also failed to mention that an 18% gratuity was already included in the bill. My wife had already left $10 on the table as a tip, and we didn't want to pay the additional 18% for such poor service.
To make matters worse, the guy insisted we had to pay the 18% because we used the restroom and they needed to clean the table. He even threatened to call the police if we refused to pay the tip. It was a humiliating experience, especially in front of the kids. There was no sign indicatin...
I usually enjoy the food here, but today was a strange experience. The usual staff members weren't there, and the young new waitress said nothing at all—not even a simple "OK." She was cleaning tables in a way that made quite a loud noise, which was very uncomfortable. The girl at the front saw me standing there but didn't say a word and just walked away. A simple "give me a minute" would have been nice. When a guy finally came over, he didn’t ask if I needed help until I brought it up myself. Overall, today’s visit was quite awkward!
Customer service was very friendly and kind. I got there 10 minutes before closing and they still took my order without rushing me. Even though the kitchen was about to close. When I got my food everything still looked fresh, and put together. Thanks to everyone who worked there that night who allow me to order. Also to the cook for making my food properly at the last minute of closing. It was my first time experiencing Pho from this location. I will definitely recommend.
Great casual place for noodles. Reasonable prices. The Pho was delicious. The vegetables including basil and bean sprouts were on the side so you could put as much or as little as you like. They briefly forgot our spring rolls. But after a reminder, they brought them promptly and apologized. The spring rolls were great. They brought us green guava candies at the end of our meal.

I love this place. My first time trying pho. The servers were polite and attentive. They kept coming by and checking to see if we were ok and needed anything! The pho is amazing. The food was really good and fresh. I have been to Pho restaurants before but I really enjoy the food at this particular restaurant. The food was fresh and tasted clean if that makes sense. Let's just say I visited twice within 2 weeks and it is an hour from where I live. Do yourself a favor and go and dine in and enjoy.
I discovered a spider in my takeout order when I got home. The customer service has been terrible over the past few months, but this is simply unacceptable! I urge future customers to check their food before leaving the restaurant. As difficult as it is to say, I won’t be returning here again. Food rating: 1/5.
Best Pho ever!!! Definitely my favorite spot for the perfect Pho. They have a variety of options including healthier (vegetable pho) options which I love. The place is clean, with plenty of parking available and FANTASTIC service. The waiters/servers are very kind and nice. Highly recommend it!

The Pho was really good. Not alot of condiments you would get in Philly, but for being in the boones, it's really good. Eat there, you won't be disappointed. I EVEN ORDERED TO GO AND THEY ACTUALLY HAVE TAKE OUT BOWLSSSS?????. it won't disappoint you, it's Asian as you can get jn the boonies!!!
I got the shrimp pho and it was wasn't my favorite. The noodles was hard and the portion was smaller than other pho spots I been to. Would I come here again? Probably not. But it's still worth a try.
