I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. I ordered a large beef stew and paid an extra $4.80 for seafood. What I received was just one shrimp, two tiny pieces of calamari, and a single cube of salmon. That’s a rip-off for nearly $5. The beef stew itself had only five pieces of meat and four carrots, plus a serving of noodles that was about the same size as a regular order anywhere else. The portions here are extremely small. The last time I ordered from them, I had the blandest pho I’ve ever tasted, so I thought I’d give them one more chance with the beef stew. It really wasn’t worth it.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The steak was overshadowed by an overwhelming amount of bean sprouts and onions, lacking any real flavor—it felt almost forgotten on the plate. The S17 Popcorn Chicken Bowl was equally unsatisfactory; it was dry and bland, with a fried egg that was tough and overcooked. Additionally, the rice was clumped together and needed some sauce to bring it all together. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how disappointing the food was. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
We are happy that Pho Hoa opened up a branch in our town. We don't need to drive far for a good bowl of pho. Their broth is flavorful without the condiments. Their service is friendly and attentive. During cold weather, this is the perfect place to go to for a nice warm comfort food. Their menu has different Vietnamese dishes to try. I've had their bone-in brisket soup and banh mi. They're all good. If you haven't gone to this place, I highly recommend that you try it. We've gone back numerous times.
I have a cold and thought a comforting bowl of pho would brighten my day. Unfortunately, my usual restaurant was closed, so I decided to try this place instead. Sadly, the noodles tasted stale, which really spoiled the entire dish for me. I've never encountered pho with lettuce and tomatoes in it before, and while it was an interesting twist, it wasn't enough to redeem the meal. I definitely won't be returning—what a waste of money.

This review is based off my last few togo experiences. I have now ordered from Pho Hoa 4x now and all 4x, they have some how messed up my order. First time, they had forgotten a whole mealSecond time, my pho was wrong Third time, my rice plate did not have the extra egg roll I order (was still charged) Fourth, forgot another whole meal. I have never order togo from them again.
After a long day outdoors, my family and I decided to stop for a warm bowl of pho on our way home. We passed through Pinole and thought we’d check it out. The restaurant offers a variety of pho options and is conveniently located inside a food plaza, making it easy to find.
The brisket pho was incredible! The broth was piping hot and perfect for the meat. It was delicious and had everything I wanted. As for the S.13 tofu spring rolls, they’re my favorite — you can't go wrong with them!

The broth is delicious, but many of my noodles broke apart quickly when I tried to mix them into the soup.
