She displayed zero courtesy, patience, or customer service. It was appalling! Instead of addressing the situation, she just talked tough and then called the police over an order that took longer than 30 minutes. Her behavior was shameful, and it reflects poorly on the entire pizzeria. I really didn't want to engage with her rude attitude, but she insisted that I do so.
What struck me as particularly absurd was when she asked for my age as if she were somehow superior. I had to laugh at that; trust me, if I had the time, I would have shown her my age in a much more constructive way.

I’ve had the sicilian, margherita and buffalo slices and have been there about 6 or 7 times thus far. Every slice has been solid. Their pizza is fresh, made with high quality ingredients and cooked appropriately. Prices are a little on the high side and the staff is hot and cold. One guy is super nice and friendly and another guy I see a lot is a bit of a jerk but if I am rating on the quality of pizza it is very good and would highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, especially the fried calamari Siciliano. The prices are great, and the service was exceptional, particularly with Jamie as our waitress. I couldn’t imagine celebrating my birthday dinner anywhere else. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant!
I usually order from here every other week. No more. Ordered a pizza and the delivery driver says he is lost and then never shows up. No apology, never called me back, nothing.

By far the best pizza in Farmingdale! I frequent this place for my lunch breaks more than anywhere else, and I'm never disappointed. The white pizza is definitely my favorite!
