My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch today (March 12, 2009). I wasn’t satisfied with my roasted pepper salad, so I asked if I could substitute it for something else. The waiter initially agreed, but then came back to say that the manager insisted I would have to pay for the second side and wouldn't allow the exchange. This was after we spent nearly $30 for lunch for two people. I hope this review helps you decide where to spend your money. Additionally, we experienced a very long wait for our food, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly—it's as if they dislike their jobs.
Fresh and delicious! My colleagues and I have been dining at Picasso for over a decade, and we consistently find the prices to be very reasonable considering the quality of the food. We always leave with takeout bags. While we’ve noticed the staff having off days, the service has always been good, and the food is consistently delicious and incredibly fresh. We have loved Picasso for over 10 years and look forward to enjoying it for at least another 10 years—and hopefully even longer. P.S. They just started offering their pasta sauce in jars, and it's amazing!
This is not fast food; it’s truly delicious cuisine. I’ve been dining at Picassos for several years and have never had a bad meal or experience. It surprises me to see negative comments about this restaurant, as I know the owners work hard to create a pleasant dining atmosphere. While the food may not be cheap, you can be sure you won’t be served a plate of processed garbage. If you value healthy food and don't mind investing in a higher quality meal, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
What a pleasant surprise! I was in the business district and looking for a quick meal that wasn't fast food. The menu is incredible, offering a wide variety of options—from vegetarian dishes to fresh fish and sandwiches. With some assistance at the counter, I finally chose a panini, and it was perfect! The café has a charming vibe, completely different from what I expected—so delightful! I can't wait to return to the area because I still can't stop thinking about that panini!

the people who work there are kind, but they are really not nice... very rude to other employees, I heard them screaming at each other. no pleasant atmosphere to eat. very expensive for a lunch menu in a business area! their desserts are all purchased, not made on the grounds, so when they say “bakery”, its someone else bake!! most likely will not go back, I can easily find better value for money elsewhere.
Unexpected jewel. Was in town for a business meeting and happened in this place. wow, what a surprise to find an upper end restaurant buried in the middle of this industry. If you are looking for healthy food and reasonable costs, you should try this place. its definitely not fast food at fast food prices. but as they say you get what you pay for and eat healthy is important to me....
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ambiance was wonderful. The food was excellent—I can't wait to come back for more! It truly stood out as some of the best fast food I've ever tasted, with great service and an inviting atmosphere.
We just hosted our holiday party at Picassos, and it was absolutely fantastic! We frequently enjoy breakfast and lunch at this restaurant since it's conveniently located near our office. Having the food brought to our venue was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
