My wife and I were there for the first time for lunch today (3/12/09) and I didn't care about my roasted pepper salad, so I asked if I could get something else and the waiter said safe, but then returns to inform me that the manager said I had to pay for the second side and would not allow the exchange. This is after spending near $30 for lunch for 2. I hope this helps to get your mind where you want to spend your money. Also a very long wait for your food. Do not look for friendly faces, either they seem to hate all their jobs.
Not fast food, delicious food. I've been feeding Picassos for several years and never had a bad meal or a bad experience. it catches me from the guard to see the negative comments about this place as I know the owners try to make this a very pleasant dining room experience.... the food is not cheap, but then again you will not get served a bundle of processed garbage.... if you are in accordance with healthy food and arent fear to pay for a better quality meal, I highly recommend to give this place a try
What a surprise. I was in the field of business and wanted a quick but not fast food. The menu is amazing... What a variety! From vegetarian to fresh fish to sandwiches. With some help from the checkout I finally decided on a panini and it was perfect! The café is very funny and absolutely not what you expect... completely sweet!!! I hope I have to go back to the area soon because I still think of this Panini!!!
the people who work there are kind, but they are really not nice... very rude to other employees, I heard them screaming at each other. no pleasant atmosphere to eat. very expensive for a lunch menu in a business area! their desserts are all purchased, not made on the grounds, so when they say “bakery”, its someone else bake!! most likely will not go back, I can easily find better value for money elsewhere.
