My son and I went for lunch at 12:50, we sat ourselves because the barista was busy telling another customer a story about herself (omg - who cares? The customer looked so disengaged and just repeatedly nodded like one of those wobble headed dolls with dead eyes). We walked over and ordered a burger, crepes and coffee. Finally we were served our food nearly an hour later, not the coffee, however more than fifteen people got their coffee before me. When I queried where mine was she finally found my order under a dirty cloth. The owner kept giving me why it wasn't her fault excuses from they were understaffed (pay some more people to work and you won't be) to it was because they made the crepe...
Had lunch there today & I was a little famished so indulged myself in the steak sandwich. I haven't had a steak sandwich in a while and it was a an absolute belter. When it arrived at the table on the now obligatory serving board with chips in a silver basket, it smelt lovely. Good quality scotch fillet steak, crispy toast, and fresh tomato and lettuce. Chips were brilliant - fluffy inside and sharp crispy skin. They complimented the steak sandwich perfectly. I will definitely be repeating the dosage in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended. The delightful woman owner and son were great hosts.
This establishment was fitted out as a cafe/restaurant quite some time ago and has had a number of different owners. Great to be able to sit down in peace and relative quite to have a cup of coffee. Currently as Pierette's it is really nice. We had a late breakfast there after gym. Both meals lovely. Mine muesli, yoghurt and fruit (if anything, a little too much muesli as it did dry the dish a little) which was delightful. My wife had a lovely omelette, very generous serve. Not expensive and will definitely visit again.
Came in for breakfast with my family. Different breakfast selection to most local Cafes with strong focus on French favourites like croissants, French toast and crepes. I had the diejerette (spelling wrong most likely!) croissant filled with egg, bacon, mushrooms, cheese etc. Loved it! - as did my wife and kids with their selections. Quality coffee as well. Nice decor and cruisy music playing gives it a very relaxed vibe. Only disappointment is why it's taken us so long toget to this local place!

Have driven past so many times, finally managed to stop in with the kids for brekkie. Delicious Bacon and Egg roll (super crunchy) and the best ham and cheese toasty that I have seen in a long time. Lovely coffee and even white hot chocolate for the little treasures. Prices are excellent, service was great, nice and friendly. Definitely one of the better in the Shire.
Recently had coffees, raisin toast, and sourdough with ricotta, banana and honey. All were nicely cooked / prepared and were very tasty, with more than adequate servings. Service is friendly, and cost is about what you would expect from a suburban cafe. In addition, the place has a nice ambience.
Really nice staff, specially Johno. Coffee is great and not over priced. Menu is good and they seem to be adding to it all the time which is awesome. Best part about the place is the super chill vibe, always a nice place to sit and have a coffee.
we moved away from jannali but always tried to get back to pierrettes diner the food was so amazing coffee was strong like a coffee should be. now they are gone sad.
