We changed our reservation from 5-10 people days before. I arrived early. Checked out where our table was. Because my 84 year old Mother doesn’t walk well. They had put us in the furthest part of the restaurant. And next to the kitchen. Which was very noisy! I asked to move tables. I was told it would be a hour. They had a another group coming in. Went to the bar to get a drink 1 other person sitting there. Took a good 10 minutes to get a drink. My guests arrived so we stayed at the table. Service was ok. Very slow. 4 of us had pasta dishes that were cold. The bistro had pretty much cleared out 5 minutes after we sat down. As far as we could see there was no reason why they couldn’t of moved...
Unfortunately, they don’t offer a full bar. They can’t make a Negroni anymore because they stopped stocking Campari during the pandemic. At first, it was a cash flow issue where they had to be selective about their purchases. Then it became a supplier problem, with limited bottles available for each delivery. I’m not quite sure what the actual reason is. We enjoy the food and the service and will return when I’m not in the mood for a Negroni with my meal or when they’ve restocked Campari. What’s odd is that management doesn’t seem to be concerned about it.
We usually love dining here. I selected the place because I knew I could get salmon or tuna. Unfortunately after I placed my order the server told us they were out of both. There were no other options I could eat is I don’t eat cheese, Chicken or meat I ended up with just a green salad. I wish we were informed when we first got to the restaurant that there were limited choices available as we would have gone somewhere else. So much for date night.
Pinstripes provided an outstanding experience for our luncheon meeting. The venue was clean and professional, the service was excellent and welcoming, and the food was delicious and served promptly. We even stayed to continue our discussions after the meal without feeling rushed to leave. This is an excellent choice for a business lunch!

The service was pretty sub-par but the menu was diverse and there’s a great outdoor area!! Issues making a reservation through OpenTable (it doesn’t register with their system) so I would call in advance too. Didn’t have to wait once we told them we had a reservation though.
For the first time my chicken avocado flatbread was not great. The avocado had lots of brown in it. Very unappetizing, and surprising fromPinstripes.
Although the restaurant didn't have the wine I ordered (Michael David), the rest of the experience and the food were fantastic.
Attentive and friendly service. Tasty food. Big seating spaces. Perfect for lunch with a friend.
