Brought my son and his friends to pizza express for a birthday treat. Service ridiculously slow, waiting staff taking orders and not delivering the food. Other staff taking orders after a long wait. Constant stream of delivery drivers collecting food and leaving the door open making the restaurant freezing cold for the customers. It’s obvious Deliveroo and just eat take priority over customers dining in. We just cancelled our dessert order and left. Go to ASK next door, probably better experience.
Pizza Express now offers a fantastic vegan menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. The Worcester location is stunning and the food never disappoints. However, the service can be quite slow, so it falls short of a 4-star rating. The only downside is the long wait to pay.
Pizza Express has a great vegan menu now and there’s a lot to choose from. Worcester’s branch is nice and the food is always great, however the service can be so slow! This is why I can’t give 4 stars you shouldn’t have to wait so long just to pay!
