I'm full-blooded Italian and I know how pizza should be. And Pizza Factory makes pizza with a crust they make in Italy. The light and bubbly hand tossed type crust is amazing. And as a full-blooded Italian, if I want pizza as right as at home in Italy, I go to the pizza factory. Excellent pizza. I still give them five stars, but I have a complaint, they have several TVs on several stations and they need things that are sporty or entertaining and not political art stations. Can insult some people. If it's all sports, you can't hurt anyone, but if you put on a news channel that prefers a party, no good idea. This is one of my favorite spots in Minden for lunch and dinner. I recommend coming here. It is under new management and the new owner is helpful and takes care of the customer. You have a wide selection of dishes next to pizzas. They have gluten-free crust, cauliflower crust and a large menu of other participants and appetizers. Lunch is a big thing: You will get a 2 topping mini pizza with a drink for under $10. Great place to go with a group of people to have a tasteful meal. Angela was great, my order was delivered in no time and she was the sweetest person ever. In any case it will order again how amazing their customer service was. The food was great too. We ordered a veggie pizza and it was all very fresh and delicious. recommend this place.
We got 2 medium pizzas, onea thin crust and one gluten free. Very good pizza! We had 2 meals from each pizza. We sure wish that nice pizza place was in our home town!
