Honestly, every time I order from this place (and yes, I realize that if I’m not satisfied, I should stop coming, but it’s the only option close to my house), my pizza arrives barely warm and looks like it’s been sitting on the warmer far too long. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge us for the tiny packets of peppers and cheese that they practically throw at you when you order. Seriously?! Unbelievable! This is a new low, guys. Bravo!
Terrible service at Pizza Hut. No greeting when I arrived, the staff member cleaning the dining area completely ignored me, and the guy at the register had to be told why I was there. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding the location on Cage Ridge next to HEB in Pharr.
The staff at this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. I had placed an online order just before their closing time, and when I arrived, I found out that it hadn’t been processed. Despite being closed, they insisted on preparing my order anyway. What a fantastic team they have!
I have been ordering carryout and delivery from this Pizza Hut for over 10 months, and the service has always been excellent. The food is consistently great, and if there’s ever an issue, they quickly fix it. I absolutely love the management and staff! Book a table now
The pizza here is fantastic, and I really love the toppings. However, do be prepared for a longer wait time for both preparation and delivery; it's definitely worth the wait. The dining area is small, though.

I really enjoy the pizza from Pizza Hut. Their Meat Lovers pizza is priced at $10, but they didn’t mention that opting for the pan style costs an additional $1. Book a table now
My wings sat there for 10 minutes and were never served. The wait took forever.
