I needed pizza for a kids birthday party today. There were so many choices in the area, I didn't know which pizza place to go with. I stopped into this PHut location to place my order. It was clean and I talked through the order with the manager. He helped me decide to buy a few large pizzas cut into 12 slices. The pizza was perfect for a party and the delivery was on time with the pizza warm and properly cooked. It's good pizza for take out pizza; sauce, cheese pepperoni, peppers and onions all cooked well. I would probably not order the garlic crust next time but that is personal preference of course other than that the original crust is a nice choice. Thanks for the great customer service...
I will start off my saying the cinnamon sticks were outstanding at the Maple Grove Pizza Hut! However the Pizza Hut website was a nightmare to use and even more difficult to redeem loyalty rewards. The website is so slow, you have no idea what is going on. After 30 minutes I gave up using my smart phone and pulled out my laptop. Not much better. Sooo SLOW, pages would not load. And the website is not intuitive. I had to add an item to my cart (that I didn't even want, just so I could apply my birthday promo code. I then applied the code and removed the item I didn't want. It then sent me to an upsell page before finally getting to checkout. So clunky and slow.
I literally just called this location to make a pick up order and was hung up on three times repeatedly back-to-back by a a male employee, called back the second and third time, they would pick up then hung up. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. Whatever employees are scheduled on the clock for the Pizza hut on Maple valley tonight should be have consiquconse for being most disrespectful employees ever.
Consistently good service here! I've always gotten decent food and every couple of visits there's some magic and they knock it out of the park. There are some really delicious combinations you can make and even when it's not top tier, it's more than acceptable for a Hut. My only ask would be to make sure those wings get sauced! Usually they're good but sometimes it's a little light. Thanks for doing the good work though y'all!

Ordered on the Pizza Hut app and I got a text message like 10-15 mins later that they were on their way. Cool. Then I remembered I had to get the tip ready so I ran out my car to go grab money and the pizza hut driver was PULLING IN THE PARKING LOT ? I was like, how???? Lol anyways I got my pizza, tipped my driver and am fully satisfyed lol. Love me some Pizza Hut ? P.S. Their drivers are cute
This review is for the server working at 10:30 on April 11, 2024. You need to improve your customer service skills, your role at Pizza Hut shouldn't be that challenging. Perhaps consider opening a lemonade stand instead if working at Pizza Hut is overwhelming for you.
Great pizza! The service was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was served quickly and efficiently. For vegetarians, there are plenty of vegetable options available! Plus, the online menu clearly outlines dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!
Gotta love the Chicken Alfredo and ALL the desserts, too! Always a family favorite, never had any issues with deliveries being late, missing items or food destroyed during transit. Keep up the good work everyone!

I waited an hour and a half for a pizza. Nobody knocked on my Damn door I called them. They said they left it at the door I open up the door and there was no damn pizza. They are liars.
Well prepared, matched my order and tasted... Great!
