I stopped by for a quick personal pan pizza for lunch. Tony was at the counter and also assisting with the drive-thru. He was fantastic, ensuring that the pizzas came out of the oven smoothly. Despite the busy lunchtime rush, he managed to take care of everyone efficiently, and I received my pizza in a timely manner. The menu is somewhat limited since it’s a Pizza Hut Express sharing space with Taco Bell, but if you’re looking for a quick lunch option, this is definitely the place to go.
I found hair in my pizza and didn’t eat it. When I returned the food, I was told that I would be reimbursed for the pizza but not for the soda and breadsticks I had consumed. I really can’t believe it, especially after the time I wasted and the disgusting experience of finding hair in my food. The manager, Mario, was very unprofessional and needs to set a better example for the other staff. I will be reporting this to the corporate office.
