I just moved to Goldsboro yesterday and am staying at the Days Inn, which is in walking distance. I have never ate at a Pizza Inn before. When I walked yesterday in I was greeted with great customer service from everyone working there. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The food was amazing and the sweet tea was awesome. Living in the south that?s a very big deal to have awesome sweet tea. I walked there today as well to have the buffet and once again I was greeted with great customer service, smiling employees, and a full house. The place was packed, which is always a great sign. Overall, I was happy with my visit here. The staff was fast and very friendly. They offered a good variety of pizzas, around 15 or 16 choices at any given time. The salad bar was fresh, there were pasta options, and my son’s favorite dessert pizzas. The pizza itself was decent, comparable to most chain restaurants, so my rating reflects that. If you’re expecting high-quality, exceptional pizza like I’m used to in New York, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a reasonably priced meal with good variety and decent pizza for your family, this place fits the bill. I would definitely eat here again.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough! It's incredibly clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. All the food is fresh, and the dining area is well-maintained. If you request a specific pizza, they'll gladly make it just for you. I will definitely make it a point to visit every time I'm in Goldsboro! This place truly delivers quality in every sense. I stopped getting takeout from here about a year ago I guess. The pizza was either not correct, not good or I would have to wait forever. Well I do like their pizza and pizzerts when they are done correctly so I decided to try again last night. The pizza had 3 1/2 slices where the toppings only covered half the slice. The chocolate chip pizzert was super hard and dry. Pizza Inn was my go to for pizza back in the day but I do not plan on getting takeout from here anymore.

Every single time we go to pizza inn there's a issue. Today we were told that a big party was coming in and basically there was no seating. this was at 11:30. Also the service is always terrible. I always have to ask And have to go up to the servers justto get a refill. Most times you have to wait for them to bring out pizza. I have actually seen one pizza on the buffet. Thisused to be a good place to eat but not anymore.
Every time we come to Pizza Inn, there's always some kind of problem. Today, we were told that a large group had taken all the seats even though it was only 11:30. The service is habitually slow, and I frequently have to ask staff for drink refills. On top of that, the pizza usually takes too long to arrive. I even saw a pizza left sitting on the buffet. It used to be a great place to eat, but it’s definitely declined.

This is the best pizza place I've ever visited! I absolutely love the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken and rice soup.
