5/3/23 I arrived around 3:00 pm there were 2 people at the register putting change in the drawer. I patiently waited for 5 minutes or so. Ms. Jades took my order. I asked if they were no longer giving points she advised I needed to take a picture of the scan code put them in. I advised I did not have my phone it was in the car could she redo the order add my phone number. She said no I replied that was not very customer friendly.I have been visiting this location for over 2 years never had such an experience like this. There were 3 people working behind the counter only one customer behind me who ha d just walked in.I was very disappointed in the customer service provided by this young lady...
I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it first opened, and they’ve never disappointed me! I’ve sampled various items on the menu, and even when I didn’t enjoy something, they graciously offered to prepare an alternative. I’ve since found that the Mountain Man and Vinnie smoothies are my absolute favorites! I love them so much that I even buy them as gifts for my teachers! The customer service has always been outstanding, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I genuinely hope they continue to hire wonderful people who deliver excellent service!
I?ve been coming here since they opened and they never disappoint! I?ve tried many and didn?t like one and they offered to make me something else that was very nice of them); discovered that the mountain man and Vinnie are my favorite! So much that Igive the smoothies as Teacher presents! Customer service has always been great and the team is absolutely nice, I hope theyalways hire great customer service providing personnel ????
The customer service at this place is outstanding! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the smoothie I had was simply delightful—so tasty! I intended to snap a photo after my first sip, but I couldn’t resist finishing it before I even thought about it. Haha! A big thank you to Ryan and Nicole for their kindness, and a special shoutout to the owner, Ms. Andriwe, for employing such excellent staff! I will definitely be back.

The smoothie I tried was tasty, but when we arrived about an hour before closing, there was a strong smell of bleach in the air. Other customers noticed the odor as well when they walked in, which made me feel hesitant about placing an order. I believe it would be better to schedule deep cleaning after the restaurant closes for the night.
The smoothie was good but we went in about an hour beforeclosing and the place had an overwhelming bleach ordor. Others commented on the odor as they entered the premise. I really had mixed emotions on placing an order and feel that heavy cleaningcould be done once the doors are locked for the night.
the vibe is off. The girl who just took my order didn?t even speak to me . Not a hello to my hello or a what can I get you ?. But graciously greeted the next guest. Ive never scene or met the cashier before but it seems like I wasn?t welcome there. Itipped but won?t be returning.
Jada provided fantastic assistance while I was placing my order. She suggested the Vinnie Del Rocco, and wow, it's incredibly delicious! It was exactly what I didn't know I needed. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Keep up the great work!

We visit this restaurant almost every week, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. Additionally, the place is consistently clean. The smoothies are also fantastic!
