I recently visited Poke Sushi Bowl, hoping to enjoy a delicious salmon bowl. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to a troubling interaction with the staff.
Upon my arrival, I placed my order and clearly requested that my salmon bowl be seared and fully cooked, as I do not eat raw fish. I usually opt for crab, but upon discovering they can cook and sear salmon, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the employee handling my order seemed to misunderstand my request, serving the salmon completely uncooked. When I politely reminded her of my preference, she looked confused and unsure of how to proceed.

DD and I went here mid-day on Saturday while getting her last few items before she goes back to school.Usually we go to PokeHub (I know sacrilege to mention a competitor, but hey, full disclosure here) because it is closest to our house.We found ourselves in Sterling and poke is what she wanted. How can I say no to my DD? The decor was minimalist and clean. The service was friendly and efficient. If this was closer to us I think I would go here instead. You can easily tell when food has been sitting around too long, but that's not the case here. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. Additionally, when the staff realized they had forgotten to include my smoked eel in my bowl, they called me back before I even left the parking lot to rectify it.
The food is not only delicious but also leaves you feeling energized and satisfied, rather than overly full and sluggish. I will definitely be returning soon!
For vegetarians, they offer tofu as a protein option, along with plenty of interesting and tasty veggie and fruit topping choices to create a delightful vegetarian bowl. Don’t forget to add avocado!

I ordered a make your own bowl from Postmates. Food was tasty and ingredients were fresh but I was disappointed that I had asked for spicy tuna and didn't get any, instead I got double of another option : spicy tuna was the one I was looking forward to and the other option I was just wanting to try out. Other than the mixed up order, the food was fresh and the rice was warm when it got to me.
