Table for six booked for a Friday night. The restaurant looks quite nice from the outside and inside. Firstly and most importantly (for me) as a food critic it’s all about the customer service which was disappointing. Literally all the staff were miserable. This restaurant would be better off having robots serving you as the staff were in a coma. I will give a score Depending on what was ordered. Starters were nice but my spaghetti was tasteless. The restaurant was really hot and we all sat in the heat sweating. The noise level was ridiculous and you couldn’t have a conversation. amazing eating and great service from the female waitress, she was fantastic! at the end of my meal I was very upset when I ordered dessert and the male waiter told me I was on my table 2 hours and had to clear. we were there only one hour and 15 minutes and had no idea that there was a 2 hours table limit when booking or sitting. it has put a damper on our whole experience. if that hadn't happened, they would have got 5 stars.
I had the lamb shank £25) which was swimming in a disappointing gravy, and served on top of a gloopy mash potato which i could not stomach. I had the no alcohol mojito 6.85) which was basically a crushed strawberry in lemonade. It looked awful and didnt taste great either. The tiramasu was mediocre I left the place feeling ripped off. However, the serving staff were really great!
visited 26/02/2022 my daughter brought me here for birthday dinner! and it was very busy for a Saturday afternoon, the booking is recommended! we had spaghetti and meatballs, and creamy chicken and mushroom tagliatelle (yawn was a little dry) (and I mentioned it to them) all the meals were delicious ... we will definitely return!

the service was excellent. I was not recently in italy, but I can imagine that it is comparable to the (service, eating etc.) the presentation of the food was exquisite and worth the money. was already in prezzos and this restaurant is better than that. I would definitely come back here!
the food was incredible! everyone in the party commented on how delicious the food was, and the service was always fast and friendly. Moreover, the portions were so large that I could take away something the next day! highly recommended
Went for my son's birthday meal, they surprised him with a dessert which was unexpected and very kind of them. Nice atmosphere, food is excellent quality.
