I ordered my food thru the popeyes app for my kids. I ordered wings and it didn't have an option where I saw you can pick sauce on your wings as I use my points to order and there was not a drop down menu for the sauces until I went back on the popeyes website and tried to order regularly. Even if I were to order the sauce, the wings were not tossed in the sauce. It had drops of sauce on certain spots of the chicken. The fries were (mid)level as the youngings would say. I went yesterday did a mobile pick up order it took me about 15 mins to get there. The mgr with the mouth full of golds and tight pants waited until the last min to tell me there were no shrimp no mobile app didn’t tell me until after I arrived their fault right. No the mgr told me that he could not substitute for anything and that the mobile app took my money! I would’ve taken a 2 piece wing and a biscuit he was definitely rude I will never return to Popeyes any of them
The manager, who has a light complexion and a bald head, needs to be dismissed. He showed blatant disrespect to several customers tonight, telling them that if they couldn't wait for their chicken, they should just go home and cook. We don't want to support businesses that permit such disrespectful behavior towards their patrons.
Love popeyes , don't we all ? Had me the shrimp tackle box and a spicy blacken chicken sandwich, with great service and nice smiles, the gentle man that helped me was great, on the ball , doing everything he could to help costumers, that's how you run a successful

Be awareWent last night and the lady at the drive thru tries to throw you off to make you forget to get your debit/credit card back and when you realize she didn’t, they play like they don’t have it. Thanks to my husband they finally gave it back.Please be alert!
The guys don't listen , nobody speaks Spanish. No customer care, it's funny for them my accent as I'm Asian and speak English and English. They don't care to have good customer service. The way they put the food in boxes is not professional.
Kudos to the manager at Mountain Ind. I noticed her addressing one of her employees who was wiping his lips; she directed him to wash his hands and advised him not to do that in front of customers. The food and atmosphere were excellent!
The dish was not seasoned as well as it could have been. However, I really enjoyed the pie, Cajun rice, and strawberries.
