I ordered twice this month from Popeyes, and I got bad chicken. Either they're knowingly frying bad chicken or they're not storing the chicken properly, not cleaning the chicken properly...something is going wrong. First time, I got sour tasting smelly chicken, I threw that out. This time, the chicken didn't smell bad but tasted extra chickeny, and since I ate it believing it is fine, it gave me food poisoning. None of this should happen with chicken. It's time to check the raw meat storage unit, to clean out the unit, to throw out expired chicken, to date chicken, to have better inventory control, to retrain staff in handling raw meat, etc. If possible make one staff as a taste tester to av...
The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the fried chicken which is the best I've ever had. However, I am deducting one point because they do not offer a kids menu. I don't order as frequently as before because of this. Additionally, they sometimes make mistakes with the order, for example, I never receive the correct drink. However, these small inconveniences do not bother me too much because the chicken itself is so tasty.
I really enjoy eating at Popeyes and I usually get it quite often. Recently, I decided to try the 12-piece Wings Combo. I was surprised to find that all of the wings were spicy, which I didn't realize beforehand. Additionally, none of the wings had the sauce on them - it was only in the container. As a result, I couldn't taste the sauce on the wings at all. Personally, I wouldn't order this again.
really good huh. very good service, very fast. no big fan of counterforce. it is consistently rude, repulsive and generally unpleasant to treat. I had a mix on an order, they did it right and a few things on the side. 9/15/19 still very good food and service. can find better chickens or fries or cookies.

Picked up lunch today. Onion rings were missing. Phoned in. Went through drive thru to pick them up, absolutely no issue. The staff is incredibly friendly, and willing to help. I totally recommend this place. Awesome customer service. Keep it up. This happened in Vernon, not Kamloops.
I found the staff not that friendly when taking order or giving the food. Not saying even thank you. I found the food is oily last few times. Fries was good as always. I suggest to improve the food quality and staff behavior.
The onion rings lacked flavor and everything was overly salty. I can't believe someone thought a biscuit should be salty. The chicken was dry, but the skin was crispy at least.
I always enjoy popeyes. mostly crispy chicken, and great sides like coleslaw and kartoffeln with gravur. with a warm baking powder biscuit, but of course no butter.

We always enjoy the chicken at Popeye's and the mashed potatoes with gravy are our favorite side dish. This location is usually quick and the food is always hot.
