This restaurant experience was terrible. The employees at this location seemed disinterested in their work and lacked good customer service skills. There were concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment, with employees smoking in the back, not washing their hands, and overall unkempt appearance. The drive-thru window was problematic, and the work area was dirty with trash on the floors. The writer suggested that a makeover was needed for the inside of the building, starting with new employees. They expressed a hope that corporate would address these issues, especially with a particular rude employee at the drive-thru window.
I suspect that the young man who took my debit card at the restaurant may have swiped it multiple times or taken a picture of it, as he was behaving suspiciously. Another young woman also gave him a suspicious look. The host was named Katya, and we placed our order at 6:23 PM. Their suspicious behavior made me feel very uncomfortable.
I went the table was dirty when I ordered lady up front had a attitude with everyone and she kept putting her hand on her Butt and then going to grab food also I ordered a 2 strawberry biscuits and they only gave me 1 and still charged me and I ordered wings and I barely got
This restaurant is a 5-star gem. The chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious, especially when paired with their amazing macaroni and cheese. The staff here is exceptional and the service is top-notch. Well done indeed!

I had some great fried chicken breast, chicken tenders, the macaroni and cheese was so good! And that apple pie was warm and yummy! And the biscuits always melt in your mouth.
I was going to order a breast and wing, but the man at the drive-through said they were a specialty store. They only sold dark meat. I have never heard of that at a Popeyes.
The service is slow because they take too long to take orders. They either need more staff or they need to speed up their process.
