Food: We opted for the traditional 10 course meal. While I have had better experiences at other places like Emerald Chinese Restaurant, the food here was still decent. They also offered vegetarian options for the 10 course meal, which was a nice touch.
Service: The service at the banquet hall was excellent. The staff brought drinks to our table and quickly provided a child seat when requested. Despite a slight language barrier, the staff were friendly, professional, and hardworking. They even allowed us to decorate the night before the event and were helpful and engaging.

We have used the restaurant for 4 years for our annual Chinese new year dinner celebration. We have to switch to a different location since restaurant prefers a bigger crowd and we only have 250 people for the event. It is getting harder to book this restaurant since they will only offer the venue on Sunday or when you pay 20-30% more.Despite making above comment, if you have 600-1000 people for the evening event, plus you like Chinese food, the venue offers a nice decor, making it easier for the host. Good for big tables. Gaudy, European-esque interiors (designed by old HKers, probably), which I actually kind of enjoyed? My family wasn’t very happy with the service, but personally I give grumpy service a pass when it looks like the place is a nightmare to work at. Dim sum is good but some of the dishes were a miss/better at other places.Overall: decent dim sum! Not as expensive as some other places in the area.
I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. The servers were extremely rude and unhelpful, and even demanded extra tips. They all seemed unhappy to be working there and serving customers. The food was terrible, with three small dumplings costing $10 - definitely not worth the price. It's hard to believe that a place like this can stay in the restaurant business.

Haven't been back in 3 years. Food was excellent and spacious seating. The high ceilings made the environment less noisy and was able to hold table conversations without yelling. Staff were easy to get a hold of. Abundant parking in the parking lot
I set up a backdrop for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony for a wedding at this location. The venue is very nice and spacious and I highly recommend if you are to have an event it's a pretty cool restaurant as well. Instagram @Decors.4u
Good food but lack of service from this place! The servers that brings the food doesn’t give the food with the sauces which you have to ask and wait. No hot water pot beside my got teapot. Gotta ask for everything!!!
I attended a 60th Anniversary Celebration and had a wonderful experience at this venue! However, the acoustics were somewhat a hindrance to hear the speeches, but it is probably due to the hall size?
