I've ordered from Pressed multiple times and usually have it delivered, but this time I decided to pick it up myself. I don't know, but the customer service felt a bit off; it seemed like they were annoyed that I was there, which was kind of odd. When I asked for bags instead of a box, they were hesitant to provide them. It was a little strange. Also, I didn't realize the juices were just sitting in the fridge! Haha, so maybe I did annoy them a bit.
I placed an online order and ended up receiving the wrong juices. Unfortunately, since I was only in town temporarily, I couldn't return to the store. I really enjoy their pressed juices, but dealing with the company has been frustrating. They don’t provide a direct phone number for the store, and customer service is only available via email. Their response time was slow, and they didn’t manage to resolve my issue.

Yummy superfood açaí bowl Pressed! Great to share…. Or not! Fresh fruit, crunchy granola, goji berries, whey protein mixed in, touch of coconut flakes. 26g protein!
Love their soft serve, but the machine at this location is constantly broken, and they haven’t once answered the phone when I’ve called the store.
Our fave is the AÇAÍ BOWL. So tasty. We always order it. Love the bananas.. blueberries .. strawberries, granola.. and the agave.
