My wife and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday 7/21 for my birthday. We waited over an hour for our steaks, only to receive them cooked incorrectly. My Filet was medium instead of medium well, and my wife's Ribeye was medium rare instead of medium well, which was a huge disappointment for her. Other tables that were seated and ordered after us received their appetizers, dinner, and check before we even got our steaks. It was evident that we had been forgotten about. Our waitress was friendly, but we barely saw her during our two-hour wait. Overated with POOR customer service. Lady at hostess stand (her name is possibly Laura)with raspy voice has 0 personality and kinda seemed like she had been drinking or something. Never will return to this establishment and have been many times. We booked for our Wedding anniversary and was told by the hostess that no accommodations can be made after arriving 10 minutes late for our reservation. The restaurant had multiple open tables and we were told to sit at the bar or wait until the next set of reservations which was 45 minutes to an hour wait. Food is amazing every time. 2 of us had the 8 Oz filet with Augustin potatoes and the 3rd had the trio of medallions with au gratin potatoes. Everything is consistently excellent. The au gratin potatoes are so cheesy and delicious. Shared the apple cobbler. Out of this world. Can't wait to go back.
My husband and I went for our 26th wedding anniversary. We started out with the lobster bites, had baked french onion soup and crab bisque, tri-filet steaks and crab stuffed shrimp. Everything was delicious. Service was wonderful. Drinks were perfect! Great night out.
Wow, this place is amazing! We ordered the Tomahawk Tails dinner for 2, and it was the best steak in the south suburbs. This is a hidden gem in Tinley Park. I highly recommend everyone go here.
