However, my NY Burger was missing the key ingredient I ordered it for—the stack of tobacco crispy onions. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the person who answered, who sounded like the owner based on my previous visits, dismissed my concern by saying they couldn’t issue a refund because the order was through DoorDash and that I’d have to contact them. Prime 16 holds a special place in my heart, as I've been a regular since they opened their Pelham location. Their beer selection is outstanding, featuring both beloved classics and unique brews you might not have encountered before. The burgers are fantastic—you can either build your own from scratch or choose from their thoughtfully crafted signature options. I usually go with the signature burgers, as it’s clear a lot of care went into creating them, and they taste amazing. Beyond that, the atmosphere is very relaxed, the service is excellent, and they even offer vegetarian choices at a burger joint, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a great place to dine.

The restaurant offers a great selection of American craft beers on tap, all of which are delicious and not mainstream. The burgers are also very tasty. One downside is that there is no WiFi available.
