Last week, I ordered the beef soup, and it was extremely greasy; it seemed like the meat wasn't cleaned properly before cooking. There were no vegetables, just two tiny pieces of corn. Additionally, the baleadas were made with store-bought tortillas, which is unacceptable! They also weren't served with any curtido. Overall, they tasted terrible and lacked authenticity, and there was even a piece of eggshell in my egg! I feel completely cheated and will never order from here again.
Wow, this is officially my new favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing. A friend recommended trying the pupusas, but when I arrived, I ended up having the quesabirria quesadilla instead.
