We go out of our way to support small business. But when the staff ignore you and then when they eventually get around to serving you are so gobsmackingly rude to you it is difficult to come to any other conclusion but that they just don’t want your business. The service was so appalling we left mid-order and went elsewhere for exactly the same products but without the barefaced rudeness. Wish we had read the other reviews before we popped in and wasted our time.
The lady who served me today was extremely unpleasant and rude. The food looks lovely but it's not worth poor customer service. I'd rather support businesses who have pleasant staff and share good experiences. Pasta Pantry next door had nice staff and a great vibe.
I had a roasted focaccia for lunch, and it was delicious with a generous portion size. It was a bit pricey for my budget, but perfect for an occasional treat.
