As a regular at the Sterling Quickway, I typically order the Chicken Hibachi without rice, swapping in extra vegetables and double chicken instead. During my latest visit, I chose to try the standard preparation, but I ended up wishing for less rice and more vegetables, which is just my personal taste. I also like my sauces on the side, especially the hibachi sauce and the tasty sauce. However, I noticed there's now a $0.50 charge for side orders because of increased food and container costs. If you have the sauce poured directly on your meal, it's still free, but I prefer to dip.
I usually love dining at this restaurant, but my latest experience left me disappointed. The food had a strange smell, indicating it may have been stored for too long before cooking. The grill appeared dirty and wasn't properly maintained. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the restaurant. To make matters worse, they’ve replaced the regular Sriracha with a packet brand that tastes terrible. What has happened here? I can no longer recommend this place to my coworkers.
This restaurant is amazing! The food is healthy, prepared fresh right in front of you, and served promptly. I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Combo, and it was absolutely delicious and cooked flawlessly. It had a mild spice level, but a sprinkle of chili flakes really brought out the flavor! The staff is always friendly and provides fantastic service. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Usually like this place but my recent order was terrible. Food has a smell to it like its been stored for a while before beint cooked. Dirty grill they dont scrape. Smelly presence in the restaurant too. Also they don?t have normal Siracha instead now apacketed brand that taste nasty. What happened? I do not recomend this place anymore to people at work.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I tried four dishes: the Chicken and Shrimp Combo, the Chicken and Beef Combo, and two Chicken Hibachi meals. Don't miss out on the Yummy Sauce; it's fantastic! I also tried the Teriyaki Sauce, but I found it lacking the authentic taste of traditional Teriyaki, so I wouldn't suggest it.
I had a wonderfully enjoyable dining experience. While the service was a bit on the slow side, the food was served hot and provided excellent value for the price. The dumplings were just average, but the beef was outstanding. I can't speak to the sushi or poke, but the hibachi was truly exceptional.
I used to really enjoy coming here, but the recent price hikes and smaller portion sizes have changed my perspective. I'm noticing that I'm getting significantly less rice and chicken every time I visit. I likely won't be returning. And charging 50 cents for the yum sauce? Really?
My wife and I always anticipate our visits to Quickway, and this location did not let us down! It has a roomy atmosphere with ample seating. As usual, the food was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience!
