I bought a coupon book from the mall which also included free kids meal coupon in the Rainforest cafe. After we had our dinner, restaurant manager Brandon declined our coupon in a deragotary way and said I don 't accept your coupon . When I asked why, she/he said I don 't care about the mall 's coupon, I don 't have to accept it. I can do whatever I want. It was such a disgusting experience. This happened in front of the customers and I felt very bad. From her/his attitude I think that was how she/he treated all the other customers. How is this possible? I have never seen anything like this before!
We had a wonderful time, the waitress was friendly. The birthday song and souvenir glasses add a nice touch for kids and adults. The front store staff could've been a little more attentive on the way out when we purchased toys. There were 4 employees standing talking casually (not work related) and told us we had to wait for someone else to ring us up.Parking: Multiple levels for parkingKid-friendliness: Kids loved the animal and weather sound effects, changing sky scenes and souvenir shop.
This past Saturday I recently went to the rainforest cafe and had such a amazing time specially with our sever Jesus who was really respectful and making sure everything was brought out on time and constantly checking on us to see if my daily needed anything and making food was great. If everyone goes to rainforest make sure you request for Jesus he will make sure you have a wonderful time
Despite the restaurant being busy, there were only 4 people seated at the bar and the lady working literally threw the menus on the table, and said “you need to show your ID if you want drinks” … we hadn’t had the chance to even say hi yet, so we just got up and left.I do not need any rude people around me while I’m trying to enjoy a drink out.

This place is so cool and so fun for my sister and her friend on her birthday!! Our waitress Maya was the sweetest going the extra mile to sing Happy Birthday and our photographer Angel took the best photos encouraging our best angels! Overall great experience with some awesome service!
The atmosphere is beautiful. Service was almost non existent and food was not worth it. I don't usually leave negative reviews; me and my family were all disappointed. It was also my son's birthday.
