A straightforward drink order turned into a frustrating experience. I requested a Sprite with minimal ice, but instead, I received a diet soda filled with ice. If making small requests leads to annoyed staff and incorrect orders, perhaps it would be better to consider using robotic servers instead. I really hope they didn't tamper with my drink.
My boyfriend went to the Brooklyn Park location to pick up lunch, but when we got it home, everything was cold. I called the restaurant to see if they could do anything about it, and the manager was very rude, insisting that there was nothing they could do without a receipt.
The most bland chicken I've ever tasted . Has no flavor what's so ever. Soggy bland fries and soggy toast trash . Sauce trash . Chicken trash . Your local grocery store has 100x better chicken . Don't bother unless you have the palate of a 5 year old .

Canes consistently delivers great food, and the staff is fantastic. I'm a bit disappointed with the smaller chicken tenders and sauce cup sizes over the past few years, but the flavor remains superb.
First time here. Bad experience. We came for the school fundraiser, but they didn't add that to our order. Never return back.
Best chicken fingers around idk about Minneapolis but out here they on point.

"Excellent and prompt service. We were seated quickly, placed our order, and received our food almost immediately. It did get crowded around 9:30 PM. Overall, the food was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the dry rub as it lacked sufficient seasoning. Despite that, it was a good experience overall."
